the activities



Doing the activities makes me think a lot about the health. In the activity i have to think in five important steps to maintaining my health, so here it is. 
The step one, the most important in my opinion, is about eat less because you need this to have a good healthy. The step two is maintain a routine, the three is never give up, the four is love yourself no matter what, your body it's a temple. And finally, you have to do so much exercise, this thing in particular can change your life forever.

I think i need more practice in vocabulary, but in the rest i'm okay, i just need to learn more about differents topics.
